At Sage Leaf Vintage, we take pride in curating one-of-a-kind vintage pieces that are full of character and charm. As each item is pre-loved and uniquely aged, please keep in mind that slight signs of wear are normal and part of what makes vintage fashion so special.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage clothing and the limited availability of each piece, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear that is consistent with the garment’s age.

All items are listed with a condition rating:

- Excellent - Minimal to no signs of wear.

- Good - Light signs of wear, consistent with age.

- Average - Visible wear, but still full of character and charm.

Please read product descriptions and review images carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives and you believe it is significantly different from how it was described or pictured, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@sageleafco.au We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a return or store credit.

To be eligible:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- You must provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny returns if we believe the item matches its listing or has been worn/used.

Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly described.
