No stress, if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help! While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we do refund the item if it is faulty. If the item is faulty we’re more than happy to sort out an exchange or store credit.

We do not offer refunds if a minor “vintage moment” has been mentioned in the product description, i.e. small fault such as a small hole on the inner lining, a mark or loose stitching etc. Please note that these items will not be considered as faulty and are not refundable.  We will put any imperfection in the product description. If we missed a fault with the item we will happily review it for you.

Just send us an email with a photo of the fault within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will review it for you. You’ll find our contact details on the Contact Us page.

Please make sure your item is returned within 7 days, and email us your original receipt.

Return shipping is only covered if the item is faulty.

We post all Aussie orders using Australia Post and aim to ship your order as quickly as we can. As we are a small two person operation, we appreciate your patience. Please keep in mind that depending on where you live in Australia will also factor in shipping time.

Sizing in vintage fashion can be a bit all over the place, different eras, labels, and countries can all vary.

That’s why we always list the size (if it’s on the tag) as a guide only, and we include flat lay measurements in cm for every piece. We recommend double checking your measurements before ordering to avoid any surprises.

We measure:

Jackets, jumpers and shirts

  • Pit to pit
  • Length

Pants and shorts

  • Waist
  • Length
  • Inseam

We always try to include the fabric type in the product description. If there’s a label, we’ll use that info. If not, we’ll do our best to describe the fabric.
One of the quirks of vintage is that sometimes those little tags don’t make it through the years!

Why are some items not perfect?

The very nature of vintage clothing means that many of the items can be very old or have just been previously loved. Some newer and some older. This means that they may have small marks, loose stitching or small tears. We try to find vintage pieces in the best condition we can. Therefore if it does have a pre-loved mark we will let you know in the description. That way you know exactly what you are getting.

All of our vintage pieces are carefully inspected and graded using a simple, honest condition scale:

  • Excellent: Near perfect vintage condition with little to no visible wear.
  • Good: Light wear consistent with age, but still in great shape and fully wearable.
  • Average: Noticeable wear or minor flaws that add character, always detailed in the product description.

We believe imperfections tell a story, but we’ll always be transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

We’d love to hear from you, whether it’s a question or some useful feedback.
You can email us anytime. All the details are over on our Contact Us page.
